A Moroccan House

This is my friends house, he has just done the outside of his castle entrance. He tells me that these are camels and that the design is Iraqi. It reminds me of Egyptian hieroglyphics.

The complete turrets can be seen below. The entrance gate or building is very important to Moroccans and needs to be grand.

His beautiful floor tiles.

The pretty blue tadelakt fireplace. He has built this house for his extended family himself with his own bare hands, very commendable i would say.
